Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or 3 years of experience with CDBG-DR construction programs in lieu of a degree).. + 2+ years of experience supporting CDBG-DR or CDBG-MIT housing recovery construction programs.. + Proficiency with Xactimate X or later versions as it relates to CDBG-DR construction, damage assessments, and cost estimates.
