You will work collaboratively with Blue Team, Red Team, and other Cybersecurity professionals on overall cyber readiness defense and system accreditation efforts.. Generate and update test plans; conduct testing of the system components using the Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) tool, implement Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG), and conduct Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) reviews. Perform automated ACAS scanning, STIG, SCAP checks (Evaluate STIG, Tenable Nessus, etc.). Risk Management Framework (RMF), and the implementation of Cybersecurity and IA boundary defense techniques and various Ienabled appliances.. Examples of these appliances and applications are Firewalls, Intrusion Detection System (IDS), Intrusion Prevention System (IPS), Switch/Routers, Cross Domain Solutions (CDS), EMASS and, Endpoint Security Solution (ESS)
Incumbents are expected to be proficient in the Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) model, client and server systems, systems analysis and architecture, application configuration and integration, telecommunication administration, organizational techniques, application security administration, backup and disaster recovery systems, and related processes used in Information Technology (IT) Department.. Administer the corporate messaging systems (Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Teams), secure email, and anti-spam software in support of the InfoSec Team.. Actively support the planning, design, and implementation of data center facilities, including server racks, power distribution, cooling systems, and environmental monitoring.. Support, maintain, and manage the hyper converged infrastructure (Nutanix), including life cycle management, data storage, maintaining connectivity, and troubleshooting performance issues; data center duties included.. Proficiency must be demonstrated with the various Windows, Cisco, VMware, and Juniper platforms in architecture, design, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Manage Cisco Network Infrastructure: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Cisco firewalls, switches, and access points to ensure secure and efficient network operations.. Manage security efforts for HIPAA compliance and Information Technology, ensuring alignment with regulations from the Office for Civil Rights (OCR), Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), and local, state, and federal regulations..
