Plexos Group LLC is seeking a qualified CDBG-DR Specialist to support a Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) program. Develop and execute the CDBG-DR Action Plan. Bachelor's degree in public administration, urban planning, finance, emergency management, or related field. Strong knowledge of HUD CDBG-DR regulations and grant management. Experience with HUD, FEMA, or other federal disaster recovery programs.
Provide written or oral reports of findings to the government SOC lead, and ISSM for further investigation or for action. Provide 5 days a week during normal operation hours between monitoring and analysis of all security feeds, including General Services Administration's (GSA) Managed Trusted Internet Protocol Services (MTIPS), Trusted Internet Connections (TIC), and Policy Enforcement Points (PEP). Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field PLUS twelve (12) years of experience in incident detection and response, malware analysis, and or cyber forensics. Knowledgeable of the various Intel Frameworks (e.g. Cyber Kill Chain, Diamond Model, MITRE ATT&CK, etc) and able to utilize it in their analysis workflow.. Experience with Cloud (e.g. o365, Azure, AWS, etc) security monitoring and familiar with cloud threat landscape
The Director Data & Cyber Risk Management is responsible for overseeing the global development, implementation, and maintenance of the risk management program covering the company's Data Management and Cyber teams.. Lead a diverse team of Data and Cyber risk professionals, guiding their responsibilities' evolution.. Develop presentations on the overall data and cyber risk profile for Enterprise Risk Committees and the Bank Board of Directors.. Partner with the Chief Information Security Officer to set annual goals and objectives.. Experience with data and cyber risk and control frameworks, including leveraging those frameworks to evaluate control effectiveness and communicate residual risk.
Lead automation efforts for infrastructure and operational processes using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes, driving efficiency and reducing manual interventions.. Deep understanding of container orchestration and infrastructure-as-code principles (Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm). Experience building and operating production-grade cloud services, with a focus onAWS (EKS, RDS, S3, SQS, EC2, IAM). Expertise in cloud security best practices, including identity management, encryption, and compliance frameworks.
