Quality Care Coordinator Always Best Care Senior Services is looking for a compassionate, energetic, and organized Quality Care Coordinator to help ensure our clients and families receive an outstanding care experience. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with people, solving problems, and making a difference in the lives of seniors. What You'll DoBuild Relationships: Develop strong connections with clients, families, and caregivers. Ensure Quality Care: Conduct in-home assessments, reassessments, and quality assurance visits. Keep Clients Happy: Proactively address concerns and ensure exceptional service. Help Clients Thrive: Identify changing care needs and recommend additional services when appropriate. Support Growth: Conduct client consultations, follow up on inquiries, and help welcome new clients. Coordinate Care: Work closely with our operations and caregiver teams to ensure seamless service.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in home care, senior care, care coordination, or a related field preferred.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, positive, and solutions-oriented personality.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable conducting in-home visits and discussing care services.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
