Company Description:
We are a design build firm who specializes in commercial building design and construction. Our Architecture team works on projects to be built by us as well as working with other General Contractors who trust us to provide them with the most effective architectural solutions for their needs.
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect at Discreet Build located in Wichita, KS. The Architect will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with architectural design, software development, integration, and project management. We are looking for Architects who want to be more involved in the building process. You will have the opportunity to play an active role in design-build projects.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of architectural design, software development, and integration principles Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience in project management, including resource allocation, risk management, and deadline tracking Excellent communication and teamwork skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture required (non-negotiable)Architecture License not required, Prefer someone with the proper credentials working towards licensure Experience in the construction or engineering industries is a plus
