Trauma-Informed Therapist Part-Time | Miami Beach Lifter Zeitlin & Co. Therapy is growing 🤍I’m looking for a warm, personable, trauma-informed therapist to join my private-pay practice in Miami Beach as our first additional clinician. This is a great fit for someone who wants to be part of a growing practice from the beginning, values meaningful clinical work, and is comfortable starting with a smaller caseload that builds over time. Who I’m looking for Florida LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or Registered Intern Trauma-informed and comfortable working with clients presenting with anxiety, trauma, relationships/attachment concerns, life transitions, grief, addiction, and related concernsEMDR-trained is strongly preferred, but I’m also open to the right clinician who is willing to become EMDR-trained Warm, relatable, polished, dependable, and genuinely good at connecting with clients Comfortable providing in-person therapy in Miami Beach and Virtually Able to commit to at least 2 consistent blocks of availability per week Late afternoon/evening availability is especially helpful; weekend availability is a plus Interested in growing with the practice over time Registered Interns must already have their own outside qualified supervisor.
About the position:
This will begin as a part-time opportunity, with a goal of approximately 3–5 clients per week initially as referrals come in. Because we are building the caseload organically, I’m looking for someone who is comfortable with a gradual ramp-up rather than expecting a full caseload immediately. There is plenty of opportunity to grow beyond that for a clinician who wants a larger caseload as the practice expands. The practice is private pay, and referrals, marketing, office space, administrative systems, and practice infrastructure are provided.
Compensation:
