The successful attorney will advise clients across sophisticated acquisitions, dispositions and financing transactions, with additional exposure to leasing, development and hospitality-related matters. This is a strong opportunity for a mid-level associate looking to build a broad Florida commercial real estate practice while taking on increasing transactional responsibility.
The Role
Responsibilities will include:
Commercial real estate acquisitions.
Property dispositions.
Real estate financing transactions.
Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements.
Transaction due diligence.
Reviewing and negotiating financing documents.
Commercial leasing matters.
Development transactions.
Hospitality-related transactions.
Coordinating transactions through closing.
Working directly with developers, investors and other sophisticated real estate clients.
About You:
The successful candidate will ideally possess:3+ years of sophisticated commercial real estate transactional experience.
Acquisitions and dispositions experience.
Real estate financing experience.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
Experience with leasing would be advantageous.
Development experience would be attractive.
Hospitality real estate exposure would be beneficial.
Strong academic credentials.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Florida Bar admission or eligibility.
