About the role

Job Description: Job Description Bergeron's of Port Allen is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our meat department. We are seeking someone to assist with:
  • Cutting and preparing meats
  • Deer Processing ( Seasonal)
  • Meat processing and packaging
  • Weighing, labeling, and preparing products for sale
  • Keeping work areas, equipment and tolls clean and sanitary
  • Stocking and organizing products
  • Following food - safety and sanitation procedures
  • Working as a part of a team in a fast - paced environment
Experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider someone who is dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
