We are seeking a Director of Construction to lead the execution of large, complex commercial construction projects for a top-tier general contractor. This role is for a proven construction leader who can drive performance, lead teams, and maintain strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership across multiple projects and project teams Drive schedule, cost, safety, and quality performance Lead and mentor Project Executives, PMs, and Superintendents Partner with clients, designers, and internal leadership Identify and mitigate project risk
Qualifications:
10+ years of GC construction management experience Proven leadership on large-scale commercial projects Strong knowledge of construction operations and delivery Excellent leadership and communication skills
