Payroll Clerk II

Join American Honda Motor Co., Inc. as a Payroll Assistant II and help support payroll operations for a leading manufacturer of automotive and mobility products. You will collect and verify time and attendance information, assist with payroll processing, maintain accurate employee records, and help resolve routine pay discrepancies. You’ll respond professionally to employee questions and support payroll reporting, audits, and documentation while protecting sensitive information. Partner with HR, finance, and manufacturing colleagues to meet deadlines and improve processes. Bring strong attention to detail, organization, and spreadsheet skills, along with payroll or administrative experience. Assist with payroll processing, including collecting and verifying time and attendance data. Review payroll records for accuracy and resolve routine discrepancies. Respond to employee questions about pay and direct complex matters to the appropriate team. Collaborate with HR, finance, and manufacturing teams to meet payroll deadlines.
