Director of Environmental Services and Maintenance

Lead environmental services and maintenance operations at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. Oversee staff, cleaning and preventive maintenance procedures, inspections, repairs, inventory, safety, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with department leaders and outside contractors. Lead day-to-day environmental services and maintenance operations. Develop cleaning and maintenance procedures aligned with company policies, OSHA guidelines, and industry standards. Schedule staff, assign daily work, and oversee preventive maintenance and work orders. Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate environmental services and maintenance staff. Inspect building systems and facility conditions for quality and safety. Troubleshoot repairs, coordinate contractors, and manage supplies and equipment inventory.
