Production Associate

Key Responsibilities: Follow safe practices and wear required PPE at all times. Fabricate, assemble, and lift window and/or door units. Work to an established production problems and communicate issues. Perform housekeeping duties in designated work areas. Assist with training co-workers. Perform other duties across the plant as needed as directed by leadership. Physical Requirements &

Work Environment: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain standing for extended periods. Frequent walking, bending, reaching, twisting, lifting, and using repetitive motion. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with typical manufacturing conditions. Required use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications: Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English and follow established work processes. Ability to safely move materials and operate hand and power tools as needed. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime or weekends, as needed. Manufacturing and tape measure experience preferred.
