Trane Technologies is seeking a Thermal Systems Lead Engineer, Sustainable Design, to embed sustainability in data center reference designs. You will partner with engineering leaders to ensure roadmaps reflect energy and water efficiency, decarbonization, and lifecycle impact. You will develop standards for PUE, WUE, and carbon footprint, quantify benefits of sustainable designs, and manage LCAs/EPDs with the enterprise sustainability team. Strong collaboration and mentorship are essential.
