District Sales Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage, train, & motivate sales representatives in designated territory to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction. Assist in new business development with prospective customers. Build and maintain relationships with key customers.

REQUIREMENTS: Preferred that candidates live in District Area. High School Diploma or GED required. Previous sales experience. Previous sales management recommended. Must have strong organizational, interpersonal, and managerial skills. Must have a valid driver's license and provide a certificate of insurance as proof of adequate insurance coverage, which meets Kohl Wholesale's current standards. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite for computer applications and software needed.
