Traveling Superintendent

Location: Traveling (project assignments)

Compensation: $120,000–$150,000 + Vehicle Allowance + Per Diem + Bonus +

About the Company: An established commercial general contractor operating across multiple project pipelines, including retail centers, bank branches, restaurants, multi-family properties, and office buildings nationwide. Typical project values range from $5M to $50M.

Responsibilities: Oversee daily field operations on commercial projects ranging from $5M–$30M, managing subcontractor schedules and coordination Partner with the project team on reviewing scope, planning site logistics, and ensuring safety compliance Monitor construction progress against project timelines and budget goals Serve as the main point of contact on-site, maintaining strong client relationships throughout the life of the project

Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in a Superintendent role within construction Direct, ground-up experience on commercial projects such as banks, retail centers, restaurants, or office buildings Solid planning skills with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively Strong verbal and written communication skills Able to work independently and manage a field crew with minimal supervision Willing to travel to job sites on a regular basis, with home trips every 2–3 weeks Zyve Partners is an equal opportunity employer.
