Salary: $180,000 - $250,000

About the Opportunity: A leading international law firm is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to support its Life Sciences Industry Group and Healthcare Regulatory Practice. This strategic role will partner closely with attorneys and firm leadership to drive growth initiatives, strengthen client relationships, and increase market visibility across the life sciences and healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute business development plans and growth strategies Advise attorneys on client development, cross-selling, and relationship management Lead pitches, proposals, and RFP responses for new business opportunities Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities Manage client events, webinars, industry conferences, and thought leadership initiatives Oversee Chambers submissions and other legal directory rankings Support lateral partner integration and strategic client development efforts Track budgets, ROI, and key business development metrics Mentor and supervise junior business development team members

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; MBA, Master's degree, or J.D. preferred 6+ years of business development or marketing experience in a law firm or professional services environment Life sciences, healthcare, or regulatory industry experience strongly preferred Strong experience with strategic planning, client development, and proposal management Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills Experience managing budgets, key client relationships, and team members Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and business development technologies Why Join This Firm?
