Free and discounted hotel nights for all associates Open role for Cranberry Township: Guest Services Representative - Be the face of our hotel and provide exceptional experiences for our guests. This position handles front desk operations including check-in/check-out, phone inquiries, payment processing, and guest issue resolution. You'll maintain the lobby and common areas, assist with breakfast setup, and help ensure our property meets brand standards. Cross-training opportunities in housekeeping and laundry are available. About the Role:
We're looking for team members who are committed to providing the best possible guest experience. Key responsibilities include processing reservations and payments, managing guest accounts, maintaining organized and clean work areas, converting inquiries into bookings, and ensuring compliance with all safety and security procedures. The ideal candidate can communicate proficiently in English, work with property management systems, apply good judgment, and solve guest-related issues effectively.
