Contract Duration: 24 Months Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. Develop and configure solutions on the Service Now platform using scripting and configuration. Work extensively with the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) module. Develop and maintain custom scoped applications. Code, configure, unit test, maintain, and document software deliverables. Follow secure, scalable development standards and best practices. Work with Agile/Scrum teams on technical stories, backlog prioritization, and feature delivery. Participate in code reviews, sprint retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives. Perform manual and automated testing and support continuous integration practices. Evaluate technical impacts and assist with implementation of Service Now/product releases. Collaborate with technical stakeholders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and platform teams. Contribute to Agentic AI / AI-related use cases where applicable. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. What You Will Be Doing Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
