Provide bedside care to a diverse medical-surgical patient population. Assess patients, develop individualized care plans, administer and document medications, respond to adverse symptoms, and perform clinical procedures such as dressing changes, catheter insertion, and starting IVs. Assist physicians during examinations and treatment. Provide bedside care for a variety of patients. Conduct individualized patient assessments and develop care plans. Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications. Respond with appropriate interventions when adverse symptoms occur. Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs as needed. Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatment.
