Role Nuclear Material Control and Accounting (MC&A) Manager for SHINE's new isotope production facility, responsible for developing and implementing the MC&A program ensuring proper SNM authorization and inventory control.
Responsibilitiesestablish and update MC&A procedures, oversee SNM measurement, inventory, and record-keeping, ensure compliance with NRC reporting, develop training, supervise measurement systems, and perform facility verifications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in engineering or science; strong knowledge of statistics, measurement uncertainty, and MC&A concepts including 10 CFR 74 regulation; prior nuclear MC&A experience preferred.
