Virginia Trial Prosecutor: Misdemeanors & Felonies

Alleghany County Commonwealth’s Attorney's Office is seeking a licensed Virginia trial attorney to prosecute misdemeanor and felony cases in Alleghany County. The role offers experience across preliminary hearings, bench trials, jury trials, and appeals. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic and be team players within a small office of five attorneys and three legal assistants. Trial experience is preferred but not required.
