Remote Learning Designer for Healthcare Training

FreedomCare is seeking a Learning Specialist for its People & Culture team. This remote role involves delivering engaging training, developing content, and facilitating programs for employees across the U.S. You will work with stakeholders to identify learning needs and create solutions that drive behavior change. Ideal candidate has at least three years in training, experience with virtual and in-person delivery, and familiarity with LMS.
