Senior System Administrator (ConnectWise) We are a 60 person Cloud and Managed Services Provider based in Austin, TX with almost three decades of experience supporting the local business community. With no set tech stack, we develop personalized solutions that best fit our clients needs and allow our team to touch a wide breadth of technologies. Our current opening is for a Senior System Administrator (ConnectWise). The Senior System Administrator (ConnectWise) will split time between providing remote escalated support and taking the lead in maintaining the server/networking infrastructures across various locations and helping your technical team modernize infrastructures. At this time, we are only considering Senior System Administrator (ConnectWise) applicants with previous MSP experience. Senior System Administrator (ConnectWise)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide remote and on-site server/workstation/network support and maintenance
- Install applications and operating systems on customer hardware
- Investigate user problems and identify their source; determine solutions; test and implement solutions
- Configure and install servers (Windows 2016-2022), firewalls (Cisco, SonicWALL, Meraki, Fortinet), switches (Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, Unifi), and other related equipment, devices, and systems
- Work in conjunction with the Project Manager to implement projects successfully

Knowledge Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 Applications, SharePoint Online, AVDExperience with systems administration tasks, such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies, etc. All Windows desktop and server operating systemsRMM platforms such as ConnectWise Automate
- Familiarity with Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, Dell, and SonicWALL network equipment
