Plant Manager - Immediate Opening

Key Responsibilities: Lead overall plant operations and operating performance. Drive safety, quality, on-time delivery, productivity, cost, and continuous improvement. Lead production scheduling, capacity planning, materials, maintenance, and customer delivery commitments. Build accountability and develop a strong plant leadership team. Manage plant financial performance, operating costs, inventory, and capital improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For: 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience; 10+ years preferred. Demonstrated success leading manufacturing operations with responsibility for safety, quality, production, delivery, productivity, and cost. Experience leading hourly and salaried employees in a production environment. Strong financial, analytical, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills. Manufacturing background strongly preferred, especially custom, job-shop, high-mix, or engineered-to-order environments. Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Business, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
