Daycare Assistant Manager ($16+/hr)

Responsibilities include: same as Team LeaderFur-Get Me Not company ambassadormanages daycare team schedules, time off requests, etcmanages new hire training plans and coaches employees through the training processregularly performs 1:1 meetings with employees to obtain employee satisfaction and provide feedback or recommend next steps for advancementruns daily department operationsroutinely advises, makes recommendations, implements improvements to daily operations Full-time position 6AM-2PM, 9AM-5PM, or 12PM-8PM.Candidates should have 4+ year direct experience working in an operations, customer service, and employee manager role in a similar capacity. Holidays, weekends required.
