Boutique Club Concierge & Guest Experience Lead

Soho House Nashville is seeking a Club Reception team member to welcome and direct members and guests, manage sign-ins, and support restaurant, rooftop, and cinema reservations. You will handle calls, guide guests, and ensure a hospitable atmosphere throughout the club. The role requires 3+ years in a similar setting, strong communication, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. OpenTable/Salesforce/Opera experience is a plus, and you may assist with Guest List duties as needed.
