Field Service Heavy Equipment Technician

Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on equipment including: Excavators (CAT, Komatsu, Volvo, Hitachi, John Deere, Link-Belt) Dozers and track loaders (CAT, Komatsu, John Deere) Wheel loaders and skid steers Motor graders Articulated and rigid dump trucks Compactors and pavers Backhoes and telehandlers Scrapers and pipe layers Perform preventive maintenance (oil, filters, fluids, belts, hoses) Read and interpret service manuals and electrical schematics Document repairs and parts usage accurately Travel to customer job sites and work independently in the field Requirements 3–5 years of heavy equipment repair experience Strong diesel, hydraulic, and electrical systems knowledge OEM dealership experience preferred (CAT, John Deere, Komatsu, Volvo, CASE, Hitachi, etc.) High school diploma or technical certificate Valid driver's license required Benefits Competitive pay + full benefits package Medical, dental, and vision 401(k) with employer match Paid holidays and PTO Paid training and development
