Responsibilities: Developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Planning and implementing tailored instructional strategies Providing direct instruction in both inclusive and specialized settings Support student inclusion, assess student progress, offer behavioral support, and coordinate resources Engage in professional development, ensure legal compliance, and advocate for the rights and inclusion of students with disabilities Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or a related field Knowledge of evidence-based interventions (e.g., ABA, TEACCH, PECS) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) or similar (preferred)
