Custodial Associate - 1st Shift

Location: Denton, TX 76207

Pay: $18.00 per hour | Weekly Pay

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing: Perform general cleaning throughout the manufacturing facility Sweep production floors and common work areas Collect and remove trash Perform restroom cleaning as needed Maintain clean and organized production and common areas Use standard cleaning supplies and equipment safely Follow facility safety and housekeeping procedures Complete assigned cleaning tasks independently and efficiently Assist with additional custodial duties as needed What You'll Need to Succeed Minimum 2 years of custodial, janitorial, or industrial cleaning experience — REQUIREDManufacturing, warehouse, or industrial facility cleaning experience strongly preferred Comfortable cleaning production areas, common areas, and restrooms Ability to safely use standard cleaning supplies and equipment Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift Comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and follow instructions Strong attention to cleanliness and workplace safety Available to work overtime as needed Why Consider This Opportunity?$18.00 per hour | Weekly Pay Monday–Friday schedule Consistent daytime hours Full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity Opportunity to work in a manufacturing environment Apply Today Candidates with 2+ years of custodial, janitorial, or industrial cleaning experience who are dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment are encouraged to apply.
