This seasonal position is responsible for supporting end users by studying technical applications, ensuring proper operations, making recommendations, and maximizing computer system capabilities. Day‐to‐Day Responsibilities Assist with incoming IT requests via phone, tickets, and help desk orders Provide excellent customer service by building rapport and solving technical issues Test fixes to ensure problems are fully resolved Track, document, and record help desk requests and issues within the system Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software problems, including installations, updates, and configurations Perform follow‐up calls to confirm client satisfaction with resolutions Deliver hands‐on desktop support for end users Perform other related duties as assigned
