Requirements:
- Great communication skills - both written and verbal
- Reliable computer with high-speed internet
- Long-distance telephone service with 3-way calling ability
- The desire to help others
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft OfficeNo experience is necessary
