About the role

Regional Sales Manager – TelecomYOU NEED TO BE BASED IN: RI, CT, VT, NH, NJ, MA, DE, MD, DC, PA, NY, ME. Remote | Up to 75% Travel | US Territory
Base Salary: $130-140,000 + Uncapped Commission
We’re partnering with a leading telecommunications technology company to identify an experienced Regional Sales Managers to drive growth across an assigned US territory. (NW, SE, NE) This is a high-impact, customer-facing sales role suited to someone with a strong telecom industry background, a proven track record of winning new business, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle.
The Role:
  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to exceed revenue targets
  • Grow relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and close
  • Conduct customer presentations, product demonstrations and commercial discussions
  • Monitor market trends, competitors and customer requirements
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide forecasting/reporting to leadership
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver strong customer outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven B2B sales experience within the telecommunications industry
  • Demonstrated success consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong prospecting, relationship-building and closing skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively
