Hybrid Claims Counsel - Complex Title Insurance Litigation

You will handle complex title insurance claims from investigation through resolution, and provide strategic legal guidance on litigation matters. Collaborate with internal partners and outside counsel, analyze policy coverage, pursue recovery opportunities, and help identify claim trends to improve underwriting and risk management.
