HR Generalist-Manufacturing Mechanic Falls, ME
Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $65,000-$75,000 per year

Monday-Friday DaysWe are looking for an ambitious HR Generalist who isn't looking for just another job, but a career trajectory. This role is designed for a professional who has mastered the HR fundamentals and is hungry to stretch their strategic capabilities. What You'll Do:
- Support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding activities
- Administer new hire orientation and employee training programs
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and confidential
- Assist with benefits administration and employee leave programs
- Partner with managers on employee relations, coaching, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment policies
- Support payroll and timekeeping processes as needed
- Coordinate employee recognition, engagement, and retention initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 3+ years of Human Resources experience required
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred
- Knowledge of federal and Maine employment laws
- Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systemsSHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar HR certification is a plus
