About the role

Seeking an experienced Epic Web & Service Server Engineer to support and maintain Epic application infrastructure across production, disaster recovery, training, and non-production environments.

Responsibilities: Install, configure, maintain, and monitor Epic web/service server platforms. Perform Epic upgrades, updates, patching, and system maintenance. Troubleshoot Epic infrastructure, third-party integrations, and performance issues. Support VMware, Citrix, Windows Server, capacity planning, and business continuity. Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with Epic and internal technical teams.

Required: Current Epic ECSA Certification – hard requirement.3+ years of direct Epic ECSA experience.3+ years of IT experience in systems engineering, server administration, web services, or networking. Experience with PowerShell, Windows Server, VMware, Citrix, and Epic infrastructure. Strong troubleshooting and system administration skills.

Preferred: Healthcare IT experience. Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, or CompTIA certifications.
