For early-career advisors ready for more client impact, more support, and a clearer path forward Retirement Capital is committed to building a more representative advisory team in an industry where women remain underrepresented. Women and advisors from historically underrepresented backgrounds are encouraged to apply. All hiring decisions are based on qualifications, licensing, experience, and business needs. Retirement Capital is an equal opportunity employer. About Retirement Capital: Retirement Capital is a fast growing virtual RIA built for advisors who want to do meaningful work with the right clients, the right team, and the right support behind them. Our mission is simple: More life, less limits. We help pre-retirees and retirees move from uncertainty to confidence through comprehensive retirement planning. Our work covers the key areas that shape retirement: income, investments, taxes, healthcare, and legacy. But the true outcome of our work is bigger than planning. We help clients feel connected, confident, and free to live the retirement they imagined. We are not building another traditional planning firm. We are building a team of leaders, advisors, marketers, and operations professionals who move together to create an exceptional client experience.
About the Role:
This role is designed for an advisor who are 1–3 years into the industry and ready for a better next step. Maybe you have been in a junior advisor, associate advisor, service advisor, insurance, planning, or financial sales role. Maybe you have learned the industry, built your confidence, and realized you want more than cold prospecting, commission-only pressure, limited mentorship, or being left to figure it out alone. At Retirement Capital, you will have the opportunity to grow inside a team-based advisory model with qualified retirement-focused opportunities, operational support, coaching, and a clear path toward becoming a stronger client-facing advisor. It is also not a paperwork-only support role. It is for someone who wants to become excellent in client conversations, retirement planning, consultative sales, and values-based advice.
What You’ll Do:
You will work with pre-retirees and retirees who are looking for more than basic financial advice. They want clarity, leadership, and a plan that helps them live without limits in retirement.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and/or co-lead retirement-focused planning conversations
- Conduct qualified initial appointments and follow-up meetings
- Build confidence presenting retirement income, investment, and insurance-based solutions
- Recommend annuity strategies when appropriate and in the client’s best interest
- Follow a compliant, fiduciary-first planning process
- Partner closely with onboarding, operations, planning, and client service teams
- Help clients understand their options in a way that feels clear, human, and empowering
- Grow into handling approximately 8–12 new initial appointments per week as you ramp
Your job is not to build funnels, fund ad campaigns, chase cold leads, or manage every operational detail. Your job is to become excellent at advising, guiding, and helping the right clients take action.
