Senior Aquatics Director, Youth Programs

The Boys’ Club of New York Inc. in New York, NY is seeking an Aquatics Director to lead and oversee Clubhouse aquatics programs for youths aged 7–21. The role focuses on safety, development, and inter-departmental collaboration to promote healthy lifestyles. Responsibilities include managing Learn-To-Swim, Lifeguard Training, and Swim Team activities; coordinating staff and trainings; ensuring compliance with health and safety standards; and maintaining program budgets and records.
