Flex Rental Solutions Consultant / SME

Qualifications: Assess the client's current Flex Rental Solutions setup, architecture, and inventory workflows to understand the complete rental equipment lifecycle Review rental equipment tracking, management, and reporting processes within the Flex system Evaluate data flows, system integrations, and configuration to identify technical dependencies and bottlenecks Identify gaps in inventory visibility, reporting accuracy, and asset tracking capabilities Develop practical recommendations and a prioritized roadmap for addressing identified gaps and future phases Collaborate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and validate findings Document current state assessment and provide actionable next steps for system optimization Requirements 10–15 years of experience with Flex Rental Solutions or comparable rental/asset management platforms Deep expertise in inventory tracking, asset management, and reporting within rental or lease environments Proven experience evaluating system configurations, data flows, and integration architectures Strong ability to identify operational and technical gaps and recommend practical solutions Demonstrated experience working with both business and IT stakeholders in assessment engagements Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical findings into business-focused recommendations
