Sales Manager (Hiring Immediately)

Overview: The Sales Manager is a hybrid seller and account manager focused on smaller builders (under 100 homes per year) within their assigned branch territory. This role develops pricing discipline, builder relationship skills, and territory management. Commission is earned on a per-job, margin-tiered basis — rewarding quality over volume from day one.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Prospect, sell, and manage custom and semi-custom builders doing fewer than 100 homes per year Handle the full sales cycle independently — from first call through proposal, close, and ongoing account management Focus on roofing and siding as primary product lines; all other trades follow the siding commission schedule Work closely with the territory AM — shadow larger builder calls and assist with account management as needed Maintain pricing discipline — jobs below margin floors require Director approval before submissionQUALIFICATIONS0–2 years sales experience Familiarity with residential construction a plus; product training provided High activity orientation — comfort with cold outreach and in-person builder visits is essential Coachable and process-driven — the Sales Rep role is structured to build habits that lead to AM or BDM role

Preferred Background: Experience with roofing, siding, or exterior construction trades. Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics.

Performance Metrics: Revenue growth across statewide accounts. Customer satisfaction and account retention. New account acquisition. CRM accuracy and forecast reliability.

Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 annually.

Commission: Percentage of top line revenue

Travel Requirement: 25–40% statewide.
