What You’ll Be Doing: Managing AP, AR, and GL in Quick Books Online, including daily bill payments Performing GL, bank, and credit card reconciliations Coordinating payroll information with an outsourced payroll provider Administering background screening, including coordination with immigration counsel for international employees Supporting budgeting through expense tracking and variance reporting Assisting with board financial reports and outside audit and 990 requests Providing finance support during seasonal performances What You’ll Need to be Considered Quick Books Online proficiency, ready to manage AP, AR, and GL from day one Payroll experience across several different classes of employees Discretion and maturity with sensitive, confidential situations Self-direction to manage your own hours with minimal oversight Performing arts experience is a strong plus
