The role combines operational household governance with traditional butler service responsibilities. Scope of Appointment Household Governance Oversee daily household operations Supervise and coordinate housekeepers, culinary and driving staff Manage staff schedules and performance standards Liaise with contractors and service providers Ensure immaculate presentation of the residence at all times Monitor household budgets and expenses Oversee payment of bills and operational costs Maintain inventory and supply control Coordinate repairs and maintenance Formal table setting and beverage service Support private dining and small events Pack and unpack for travel Manage guest readiness and arrival protocols Personal errands as required Comfortable operating smart home systems Confident use of technology for household coordination
