Responsibilities include:
Work closely with the agent to develop programs to market the company's products Contacting and reaching out to develop realtionships with strategic affiliates and business partners Identify and research community events & opportunities for agency's active participation Develop action plans to reach goals Manage projects from the conceptualization Proactively ensure that projects stay on schedule with consistently successful results Perform various office tasks to improve agency's efficiency Maintain relationships developed by agent with various affiliates Assist agent in achieving growth of 1,000 new households annually
