The Opportunity: As Construction Superintendent, you'll oversee construction planning, jobsite execution, scheduling, and quality control. Working closely with the Director of Production and Project Managers, you'll coordinate trade partners, monitor project progress, and ensure construction activities follow approved plans, scopes, schedules, and company standards.
What You'll Do: Review project plans, site conditions, estimates, scopes, and construction schedules. Coordinate subcontractor and vendor selection, review purchase orders, and confirm scopes before work begins. Lead preconstruction subcontractor meetings and coordinate trade schedules and workflows. Conduct daily jobsite walkthroughs to monitor progress, workmanship, cleanliness, and site protection. Maintain construction schedules and weekly micro-schedules, including 30/60/90-day lookaheads. Schedule and document inspections, daily logs, progress photos, and project issues using CoConstruct. Conduct Matterport scans at designated project milestones. Participate in regular project walkthroughs and communicate schedule variances, cost issues, and field concerns to project management. Coordinate punch-list completion, project closeout, and warranty walkthroughs at 6 and 12 months. Code and upload purchase receipts through Ramp and maintain accurate project documentation.
What We're Looking For: 5+ years of residential construction experience, preferably in a Superintendent or similar field leadership role. Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and multiple construction activities. Strong understanding of construction planning, scheduling, purchase orders, and quality control. Ability to read and interpret construction plans, estimates, scopes, and specifications. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Commitment to jobsite safety, accurate documentation, and high-quality workmanship. Familiarity with construction management software; experience with CoConstruct is a plus. Experience with custom or luxury residential construction is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits: Annual base salary of$100,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Quarterly bonuses tied to KPIs, plus an annual bonus.
