Empowering students through engaging instruction, the part-time or full-time Florida Licensed Nursing Instructor will deliver a standardized distance education curriculum, facilitate student engagement, and monitor academic progress at the Clearwater campus, with potential for flexible remote scheduling.
Key responsibilities:
Teach the standardized distance education curriculum according to an assigned schedule
Facilitate discussion forums and interactive course posts to promote student interaction and engagement
Grade course activities and provide timely academic feedback to track student performance
Required qualifications:
Active Florida license to practice either practical nursing or professional nursing
At least one year of clinical experience and one year of experience in teaching adults or supervising nursing assistants
Completion of a course in teaching adults is preferred
Ability to communicate fluently in verbal and written English
Basic computer literacy to navigate required technology effectively
