Senior Accountant (Memphis)

Compensation: Up to $110,000 Base + 10% Bonus Opportunity

What You'll Do: Manage day-to-day accounting activities for approximately 3–4 operating brands across the Southeast. Prepare and post journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities. Assist with the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements. Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure timely, reliable financial reporting. Investigate account discrepancies and resolve reconciliation issues. Support accounting processes across multiple entities and operating locations. Collaborate with accounting leadership and operational teams to ensure accurate financial information. Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting efficiency, and accounting workflows. Support ongoing initiatives to centralize and streamline accounting operations.

What We're Looking For: Strong foundation in general ledger accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Experience supporting month-end close and maintaining accurate financial records. Advanced Excel skills are essential. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Experience working with multiple entities, brands, or locations is a plus. Experience in a growing, acquisition-driven, or private equity-backed organization is a plus. Why Consider This Opportunity?
