Assembly Details: Temp-to-Hire position$ 17.32 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)Assemble valves, fittings, and refrigeration components using hand tools and production equipment. Inspect parts and finished products for quality. Package completed products for shipment. Follow work instructions and safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
Assembly Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required. Ability to use basic hand tools. Good manual dexterity and attention to detail. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
