Network Architect

Responsibilities: Lead the design of enterprise data network which will include but not limited to LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Data Centers and hybrid cloud network architectures Serve as the subject matter expert on network scalability, fault tolerance, and security Define enterprise network standards and governance models Collaborate with cybersecurity and cloud teams on zero trust and segmentation frameworks Oversee infrastructure upgrades and network redesigns Mentor junior and senior engineers on design best practices Requirements Hard Skills Advanced expertise in: Routing and switching protocols like but not limited to BGP, OSPF and EIGRP, firewalls, and load balancers. Network segmentation (ISE) and automated network administration (CCC).Wireless networking Experience architecting cloud-integrated networks (AWS Direct Connect, Azure Express Route)Familiarity with regulatory and compliance-driven networking standards Soft Skills Strong leadership and technical strategy skills Excellent communication with executives, vendors, and technical teams Ability to manage ambiguity and large-scale infrastructure complexity Education Bachelor’s degree is required Master’s degree is preferred

Certifications: CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure Certification required Cloud certifications strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in enterprise networking, with 5+ in architecture or solution design Proven success in large-scale infrastructure rollouts or transformations Experience leading multi-million-dollar infrastructure programs
