What you will do: Serve as an executive connection between customer leadership and your organization's leadership team. Build trusted relationships, understand strategic priorities and create opportunities for account expansion. Guide account strategy, governance, delivery assurance and financial performance. Work across teams to support customer satisfaction, business transformation and innovation. Bring insight into retail applications and platforms to client discussions and growth plans. What you bring15 or more years of relevant experience, including a demonstrated track record in sales and delivery. Retail industry experience and a strong understanding of retail applications and platforms. Experience managing CXO and SVP relationships and aligning senior stakeholders. Evidence of leading transformation, expanding client relationships and achieving delivery outcomes. Strategic and commercial judgment, with the ability to connect technology initiatives to business priorities. Location and compensationMarlborough, Massachusetts, United States. The advertised annual salary range is USD $151,900–$231,400.
