Presidential Chief of Staff & Strategy Lead

The University of Bridgeport seeks a Chief of Staff to serve as the President’s senior strategic and operational partner. You will translate priorities into coordinated action, advise the President, and oversee high-priority initiatives and the Office of the President’s operations. You will coordinate senior leadership, manage communications and briefings, and maintain strong relations with the Board of Trustees and internal and external constituents to advance the University’s mission.
