Easement & Land Rights Strategist

Pike Engineering is seeking a Right of Way Specialist to research, secure, and process easements for transmission and distribution rights-of-way. The role involves researching land ownership, obtaining and maintaining notary seals, and coordinating permits from government agencies and railroads. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in obtaining property rights and easements, and a Public Notary is required with a Real Estate license preferred.
